わたしはきのう、月を見に山へ車で行きました。
てん気がよく、雨もふっていませんでした。
I went to a mountain to see the moon by a car yesterday.
It was good weather and not raining.
行く dosen't mean to climb but we say '山へ行く' as to climb a mountain.
But you can say '山をのぼる' as to climb up a mountain as well.

早 音: ・ソウ 訓:・はや(い)・さ
Meaning: 'early''soon''quick'
Example sentence:早朝からしごとに行く。/Souchou kara shigoto ni iku.
(Go to work from early morning.)
大 音: ・タイ・ダイ 訓:・おお(きい)
Meaning: 'big''huge'
Example sentence:大きい石をあつめる。/Ookii ishi wo atsumeru.
(Collect a big stone)
*集める(あつめる)[v] to collect
男 音: ・ナン・ダン 訓:・おとこ
Meaning: 'man'
Example sentence:わたしは、男です！/Watashi wa otoko desu!.
(I'm a man!!)
竹 音: ・チク 訓:・たけ
Meaning: 'bamboo'
Example sentence:このいすは、竹でできています。/Kono isu wa take de dekite imasu.
(This chair is made of bamboo.)
中 音: ・チュウ 訓:・なか・あた(る)・うち
Meaning: 'middle''inside'
Example sentence:中を見てもいいですか？/Naka wo mite mo iidesu ka?.
(Can I have a look inside?)
虫 音: ・チュウ 訓:・むし
Meaning: 'bug''insect'
Example sentence:わたしは、虫がきらいです。/Watashi wa mushi ga kirai desu!.
(I dislike an insect.)
*嫌い(きらい)[v][adj] dislike, hate
町 音: ・チョウ 訓:・まち
Meaning: 'town'
Example sentence:町をあんないしてくれませんか？/Machi wo an nai site kure masenn ka?.
(Could you show me around the town?)
*案内(あんない)[v] to guide
天 音: ・テン 訓:・あめ・あま
Meaning: 'heaven''above the sky'
Example sentence:天ごくとじごく。/Ten goku to ji goku.
(Heaven and Hell)
*天国(てんごく)[n] heaven
地獄(じごく)[n] hell
田 音: ・デン 訓:・た
Meaning: 'rice field'
Example sentence:田んぼをたがやす。/Tanbo wo tagayasu.
(Plough a rice field.)
*耕す(たがやす)[v] to plough,
土 音: ・ト・ド 訓:・つち
Meaning: 'soil''earth'
Example sentence:手押し車で土をはこぶ。/Te osi guruma de tsuchi wo hakobu.
(Carry some soils with a wheel barrow)
*手押し車(ておしぐるま)[n] wheelbarrow
運ぶ(はこぶ) [v] carry
Phew, we did a lot.
Maybe you've heard of this enough but if you find memorising Kanji difficult don't worry it's just for now.
If you learn these basic Kanji you'll be able to memorise difficult Kanji easily. :)
